GAIO Hunter Settings

Hunter Priority & Level Offset

Setting Description
Hunter Priority Dynamic or Custom. If set to Dynamic, the script randomly assigns a weight between 1 & 999.
Level Offset A number value between 0 & 99

GAIO supports earning hunter experience through bird house runs, eight supported regular hunter methods, completing the Puro Puro minigame and advanced activities like aerial and drift net fishing.

Birdhouses

This task is a DreamBot OSRS Hunter script that trains Hunter by completing bird house runs on Fossil island. It places four bird houses, fills them with hops seeds, waits out the cooldown, then empties them for nests, feathers and seeds before banking or selling the loot and repeating.

It handles all of the Fossil island access for you. It auto-unlocks the Digsite pendant → Fossil island teleport at the Strange Machine, teleports back and forth with the pendant, and even menu-swaps the pendant's "Rub" straight to "Fossil island" so it's one click. To keep a stocked pendant it'll enchant Ruby necklaces into Digsite pendants itself, using Enchant ruby or topaz tablets when your Magic is under 49, otherwise casting Lvl-3 Enchant on the normal spellbook (needs a Cosmic and 5 Fire runes). You'll need the Museum clean necklace find handed in first, and it buys ruby necklaces, runes and tablets off the GE as needed (ironmen must already own the runes and necklaces). It also unlocks and uses the Magic Mushtrees (House on the Hill, Verdant Valley, Mushroom Meadow; Sticky Swamp is skipped) to shuttle between the four bird house zones: Tar Swamp, the Mushroom Forest, and the west and east sides of the Verdant Valley.

Houses are filled with hops seeds, rotating a per-account pick among Barley, Hammerstone, Asgarnian, Jute and Yanillian seeds. Ironmen will buy 200 Barley seeds from a store when no usable seed is on hand. On collection it searches Bird nests for ring/seed/clue rewards, keeps the valuable nests, sells plain nests once over your threshold, and drops junk (feathers, raw bird meat, gold rings, tree and fruit seeds) to make room. It equips a Hunter drip gear set and keeps Stamina potions, a Ring of dueling and a Ring of wealth stocked for transport.

General Settings

Setting Description
Target Level This option sets the level the script will stop once it is reached. Set to 0 to train beyond 99. Builder/gold-farming focus runs forever for nests and seeds.
Random Level Offset If Target Level is set to 60, and offset is 5, the target level will be set to 60 - 65, unique per account.
Cooldown (Minutes) How often the script will do a birdhouse run. For a birdhouse run to be started all locations must be off cooldown. Defaults to 70. If a value less than 50 is entered, the script will correct it to 50.
House Buy Amount The script will restock birdhouses up to this point when doing a restock run. Defaults to 40, and is floored to a minimum of 5.
Nest Sell Threshold This is the amount of nests you must own before the script will sell them. Defaults to 40.
Make Houses If true the script will craft your birdhouses from logs and clockwork instead of buying them off the GE. You'll need a hammer and chisel, and it respects your Crafting level when picking a tier.

Supported Birdhouses

The Birdhouses menu is a per-tier enable/disable toggle. Every tier is on by default. Leave them enabled and the script automatically picks the best tier you qualify for, respecting your Crafting level when Make Houses is on (and your supplies if you're an ironman). Disable a tier here to keep the picker off it. The hidden Forced House value is still honoured if set via config, but it isn't shown in the panel. Use the per-tier toggles instead.

Requirements

This task is members-only and needs Bone voyage completed to run. You'll also need Hunter level 5 and roughly 8k coins to get started, and a Digsite pendant (or the means for it to make one) for Fossil island access. It won't run with a stat-drained Hunter or Crafting level, to stop it making the wrong-tier houses. Ironmen must have clockwork and logs in the bank for Make Houses to work. It'll tell you exactly what it's missing if it can't. Refer to the following table for crafting level requirements.

Regular Hunter

This task is a DreamBot OSRS Hunter bot that trains the skill across nine hunting methods, from bird snaring and butterfly netting to chinchompas and Herbiboar.

The training methods and creatures are in the table below. Check the creatures you want to hunt via the links below to see the level required, and whether you need to access specific locations first. Hunter rumours are currently not supported.

It picks the highest-XP creature out of everything you've enabled that you're actually eligible for, so you can just tick a bunch and let it sort the priority. There's also a gold-farming focus that restricts it to the high-value targets (antelopes, jerboa, chins, herbiboar) when you'd rather make GP than chase raw XP. Multi-trap methods scale your trap count automatically with your level (and lay one extra trap in the Wilderness).

It handles all the gear and supplies for you. Outside the Wilderness it'll equip the hunter "Drip" skilling outfit (and the camo gear, Larupia/Graahk/Kyatt, for the pitfall creatures), swaps to desert clothing + waterskins and a Shantay pass in the desert, and uses Magic secateurs for Herbiboar. Tracking creatures get a Ring of pursuit worn to reveal tracks, plus a Noose wand, and the right Butterfly net (or Magic one at 17+) for moths. It auto-creates and empties the small/large meat pouch and fur pouch for the higher-level kebbits/antelopes, and fletches antelope bolts with a chisel once you've got the Fletching for it. Crab trapping sails you out to the island and builds the traps on site, so it banks the saw, hammer, planks, buckets, nails and bait it needs.

The Wilderness creatures (Black salamander, Black chinchompa) run a full AntiPK kit: combat gear built around your style, Amulet of glory, freeze sacks, Saradomin brews and super restores, blighted food, and a Burning amulet to teleport in. Tweak that gear on the Wildy Equipment tab.

General Settings

Setting Description
Alch Item High alching is driven by the shared alch item setting. Set the item name and count there and it'll bring fire + nature runes (needs Magic 21+). Wilderness locations and various creatures don't alch.
Stamina Pot Count Number of stamina pots to bring with you on creatures that use stams (tracking, herbiboar, butterflies, etc).
Loot Sell Threshold The value in GP of your loot before the script forces a sell cycle.
Wildy Loot Bank Threshold GP value of loot it'll carry in the Wilderness before force-banking it, so you don't lose a big stack to a PKer.
Target Level Offset If Target Level is set to 60, and offset is 5, the target level will be set to 60 - 65, unique per account.
Target Level This option sets the level the script will stop once it is reached. Set to 0 to train beyond 99.
