GAIO Construction Settings
Construction Priority & Level Offset
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Construction Priority | Dynamic or Custom. If set to Dynamic, the script randomly assigns a weight between 1 & 999. |
| Level Offset | A number value between 0 & 99 |
Regular Construction
This task is a DreamBot OSRS Construction trainer with three modes: building furniture in your POH, crafting hull parts at a workbench, and planting bagged plants for early game. It picks the best buildable for your level automatically, so you don't have to force anything.
If you don't set a level for Plant Bags Until, the script jumps straight into furniture and works its way up the list below as you level: Crude chairs from level 1, then Wooden chairs, Oak chairs, Oak armchairs, Oak larders at 33, and finally Teak garden benches at 66. It auto-builds whichever room a buildable needs (Kitchen at 33 for the larder, Superior Garden at 66 for the bench), so you only need the levels.
Training Methods
| Mode | Buildable | Level | Materials |
|---|---|---|---|
| Furniture (default) | Crude chair | 1 | 2 Plank + 2 Steel nails |
| Wooden chair | 8 | 3 Plank + 3 Steel nails | |
| Oak chair | 19 | 2 Oak plank | |
| Oak armchair | 26 | 3 Oak plank | |
| Oak larder | 33 | 8 Oak plank (Kitchen) | |
| Teak garden bench | 66 | 6 Teak plank (Superior Garden) | |
| Hull Parts | Wooden hull parts | 1 | Plank |
| Oak hull parts | 8 | Oak plank | |
| Teak hull parts | 23 | Teak plank | |
| Mahogany hull parts | 41 | Mahogany plank | |
| Camphor hull parts | 59 | Camphor plank | |
| Ironwood hull parts | 77 | Ironwood plank | |
| Rosewood hull parts | 84 | Rosewood plank | |
| Bagged Plants | Bagged plant 1 | 1 | Bought from the Garden supplier |
Furniture is the main mode: it builds a piece then immediately removes it and repeats, picking the best one for your level. Turn on Make Hull Parts instead and it'll craft hull parts at the workbench, swapping tier as you level and auto-selling the finished parts on the GE when it moves to the next task. Bagged plants is an early-game money-sink option gated by Plant Bags Until. It buys Bagged plant 1 from the Garden supplier shop, world-hops when stock runs low, un-notes them at Phials, plants in the small plant space and refills its Watering can(8) at a sink.
Materials & Servant
There's no Plank Make spell or sawmill run here. All planks, nails and consumables are bought straight off the GE and withdrawn noted from the bank. It buys exactly what the current mode needs (Plank + Steel nails for chairs, Oak plank for the oak items, Teak plank for benches) and tools (Hammer + Saw) every trip. It also buys and moves your POH to Rimmington if you don't have one set up.
With Use Servant on it does a lot more than fetch supplies. It auto-builds everything the house needs to actually hire a butler (2 bedrooms with beds, a dining room with a bell-pull) then hires the best one it can afford from the Chief servant: a Butler at level 40, upgrading to a Demon butler at 50 by dismissing and re-hiring. The butler un-notes your planks for you. Below level 40 (or with the servant off) the script un-notes at Phials itself. At level 58 it builds the Servant's moneybag (Mahogany plank + Bolt of cloth + Gold leaf) and keeps it topped up with coins so the butler pays himself.
It teleports between bank and house with a House teleport tab and a Falador teleport, and equips a Ring of wealth (auto-recharged, withdrawn and replaced when it runs out). The coin reserve it keeps in the bank scales with servant cost and goes up once you're paying for a moneybag at 58+; if it runs out of coins it'll ask your mule for more, or pause if there's no mule available.
General Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Make Hull Parts | Trains by crafting hull parts at a workbench instead of building furniture in the POH. It auto-picks the best part by gp/xp and xp rate, swaps tier on level-up, and sells the finished parts on the GE. |
| Plant Bags Until | The level you'll do bagged plants until. Expensive but recommended for early farming xp. |
| Use Servant | Hires a butler to fetch and un-note your planks. It'll also auto-build the house for the servant, upgrade Butler to Demon butler, and build/fund a moneybag so the butler self-pays. |
Mahogany Homes
This task is an OSRS DreamBot script that trains Construction through the Mahogany Homes minigame, auto-buying planks and teleporting to each contract city.
General Settings
| Setting | Description / Requirements |
|---|---|
| Beginner Contract | Level 1 Construction with Planks & Steel Bars. |
| Novice Contract | Level 20 Construction with Oak Planks & Steel Bars. |
| Adept Contract | Level 50 Construction with Teak Planks & Steel Bars. |
| Expert Contract | Level 70 Construction with Mahogany Planks & Steel Bars. |
The script auto-picks the highest enabled plank you've got the Construction level for, so just leave the tiers you want on and it'll use the best one available. If the contractor ever complains about the wrong materials, it recovers automatically, dropping to a lower plank tier and topping up off the GE if needed.
This is a members-only script.
Requirements
In addition to the above Construction Level requirements with planks/steel bars, the script needs to be able to teleport to each contract city: Varrock, Falador, your house, and Ardougne (it falls back to the Fishing Guild teleport if you haven't finished Plague City).
It decides between teleport spells and teleport tabs automatically based on your Magic level. If it's high enough it swaps to the standard spellbook and withdraws the required runes, otherwise it uses tabs. Anything it's short on (planks, steel bars, saw, hammer, teleport tabs/runes, Skills necklace, Ring of wealth) gets bought off the GE automatically, so you can start with an empty account as long as it has the gp.
It also handles a Ring of wealth for quick GE access (withdrawn, charged and menu-swapped to "Grand Exchange") and a Skills necklace for the Crafting Guild teleport. On Mahogany it cuts rune cost by substituting Dust runes for Air+Earth and Steam runes for Fire+Water.
Hosidius contracts are handled by automatically moving your POH to Hosidius once the requirement's met and you can afford it, since it's not reached by a city teleport. If the account has no house at all, it'll withdraw 1,000 coins and buy one from the Estate agent first.
Ironman note: on an ironman the script won't start until you have a working stock of steel bars and planks, Plague City done, and the Magic level for the Ardougne teleport.
Rewards
The script tracks your reward points from chat and spends them on the following, in a seeded-random order per account (the Plank sack is always bought last):
| Reward | Points |
|---|---|
| Carpenter's shirt | 800 |
| Carpenter's trousers | 600 |
| Carpenter's helmet | 400 |
| Plank sack | 350 |
| Carpenter's boots | 200 |
Once the full Carpenter's outfit is owned the script auto-equips it from the bank gear set, along with the Ring of wealth and Skills necklace when you've got them.
Currently, there is no support to buy Amy's saw or the Hosidius blueprints.
