Cooking can be trained through various methods with customizable efficiency settings:

Available Methods

• Regular Cooking:

 * Fish: Trout → Anglerfish
 * Meat: Raw chicken - Raw meat

• Jugs of Wine (requires 35 Cooking)

GAIO Cooking Settings

Cooking Priority & Level Offset

Setting	Description
Cooking Priority	Dynamic or Custom. If set to Dynamic, the script randomly assigns a weight between 1 & 999.
Level Offset	A number value between 0 & 99

Regular Cooking

This task earns cooking experience by cooking meat or making wines at supported locations.

Cooking Settings

Setting	Description	Options
Stop Level	This option sets the level the script will stop once it is reached. Set to 0 to train beyond 99.	0-99
Random Level Offset	If Stop Level is set to 60, and offset is 5, the target level will be set to 60 - 65, unique per account.	1-10
Food to Cook	If a specific item is selected, the script will only make that. If you do not have the requirements to make that item, an item will be dynamically rolled.	Dynamic, Cooked Chicken, Cooked Meat, Shrimps, Trout, Salmon, Tuna, Lobster, Swordfish, Monkfish, Cooked Karambwan, Poison Karambwan, Shark, Manta Ray, Anglerfish, Jug of Wine, Bass
Tick Manip Method	This is the tick manipulation method used when cooking. Note that most methods only good on Menu Manipulation, and only a select locations.	Dynamic, None(5t), Drop(2t), Re-use(3.5t), Karam(1t).
Cooking Location	If dynamic is selected, the script will decide what location to cook at for you. Typically, this will be Rogue's Den.	Dynamic, Lumbridge Range (Requires Cook's Assistant, Al Kharid Range, Rogue's Den, Myth's Guild, Hosidius.
Disable Selling	If true, the scrip will not sell the ingredients / crafted items it is no longer using.

Note: For best results, combine with Cooking gauntlets from Family Crest quest.
