GAIO Herblore Settings

Herblore Priority & Level Offset

Setting Description
Herblore Priority Dynamic or Custom. If set to Dynamic, the script randomly assigns a weight between 1 & 999.
Level Offset A number value between 0 & 99

GAIO Herblore trains Herblore through traditional potion-making and the Mastering Mixology minigame, with customisation of potion selection and reward management.

Regular Herblore

This task is a DreamBot Herblore bot for OSRS that trains the Herblore skill by combining unfinished potions with their ingredient to make finished (3)-dose potions (Divine potions come out at (4)). It auto-picks the most profitable enabled potion you can make, then re-rolls to a better one whenever you level up. There's no XP/GP mode to choose, it works it out for you. A pestle and mortar is auto-supplied for crushing secondaries.

It auto-restocks unfinished potions and secondaries off the Grand Exchange, and when it re-rolls to a new best potion it'll auto-sell the old potion plus any secondaries it no longer needs (unless you turn selling off below). If your Herblore is under level 3 it'll auto-complete Druidic Ritual first. This needs an owned Guester (Quester) to handle the quest. Ironmen are handled too: it skips any potion whose secondaries you can't afford or own, and untradeable secondaries (like crystal dust for the Divine potions) are never bought, so you'll need to gather those yourself.

It does not clean grimy herbs, make unfinished potions, decant or convert dose counts, or make amylase/stamina, antivenom, sanfew, saradomin brew, agility/fishing/hunter potions or extended antifire. It also does not run Mastering Mixology: that's a separate task on the GAIO page.

Alchemist's amulet

If you own or wear an Alchemist's amulet that's run out of charges, it'll recharge it at the bank before working, buying an Amulet of chemistry off the GE (or using owned ones on an ironman) to do it. How many charges it tops up scales with your wealth.

General Settings

Setting Description
Disable Selling If true will disable selling of materials and produced potions
Target Level Offset If Target Level is set to 60, and offset is 5, the target level will be set to 60 - 65, unique per account.
Target Level This option sets the level the script will stop once it is reached. Set to 0 to train beyond 99.

This menu allows you to enable or disable the supported Potions.

Guthix Rest is a bit different. It's brewed as a herb tea (cup of hot water → Harralander → Marrentill → 2x Guam) rather than a normal unf-plus-secondary combine, so even when it scores as the best option it's only attempted now and then.

Mixology Herblore

This task earns herblore experience via the Mastering Mixology minigame. Ironmen must have clean herbs in the bank for this task to be rollable.
