			[[osrs:Hosidius\|Hosidius]] contracts are handled by automatically moving your POH to Hosidius once the requirement's met and you can afford it, since it's not reached by a city teleport. If the account has no house at all, it'll withdraw 1,000 coins and buy one from the [[osrs:Estate agent\|Estate agent]] first.
